Counterpoint Detective Agency, is now offering various payment services. We now accept PayPal pay later option. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Klarna, Money Orders, Cashiers Check and Cash. Sorry, we do not accept personal Checks. 

We require a 10 hour retainer on all new cases based on an hourly investigation or security services. Not all cases require a retainer, based on the type of investigation or security services needed. We do offer a free consultation to all new clients, which allows us to gather the type of services in which we can provide to our potential clients with an accurate type of hourly or flat rate in how to serve them better. 

*Counterpoint offers a payment plan to qualified businesses and private individuals. Payment plans will still require a 50% down payment of the original retainer with the remaining balance to be paid through a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly payment schedule. Payments will require to be through an automatic payment plan either by bank draft or credit card.
